Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.
- Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning Information and analysis.
- Implement production plan & achieving target of production for accessories items.
- Achieve higher productivity with maintaining quality/standard as per Buyer requirement.
- Figure out deviations and assist in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.
- Ensure optimum utilization of men and machines.
- To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Employment Status:
- Full-time.
Educational Requirements:
- BA/MA or Equable.
Experience Requirements:
- At most 5 years.
- The applicants should have experience in the following areas.
- (Offset/Sewing Thread) Garments Accessories.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong people management skills, fairness & ability to motivate & manage the team.
- Age 22 to 30 years.
- Honesty and reliability are key to this role.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-presented and portrays the company a professional manner.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Computer literate.
- Outgoing, ‘Can do’ attitude, proactive, takes initiative.
- Understands meaning of good customer service.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Keen to learn new skills within the team (all staff are cross trained).
