Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining all documents regarding recruitment process.
- Providing training to assigned employees about labor laws, culture, rules, and regulations.
- Arranging and assessing of the interview for candidates’ selection.
- Coordinating with all our global & regional offices.
- Developing marketing policy to grow business.
- Adapting video interview on digital platform.
- Making daily report for clients such as RSR, Flight plan etc.
Employment Status:
- Full-time
Educational Requirements:
- Honors or Masters’ from any reputed institute.
- Educational background is flexible for qualified candidate.
N.B: Educational qualifications may be relaxed in case of exceptionally experienced candidate or GCC return experienced in the same field.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 5-7 years job experience in Middle East.
Language Requirements:
- Must have to know English, Arabic and Urdu.
Additional Requirements:
- Age 32 to 45 years.
- Only males can apply.
- Needs to have considerable knowledge or understanding of Human Resource Management and compliance.
- Good Knowledge in Computer such as MS-Office, MS-Excel.
- Well organized and Self-motivated.
