Job Summary:
- Subcontractor shift staff must work as dining facilities and lead the subcontractor as a chef and report to the DI DFAC Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities
- Must provide leadership in all kitchen activities, including military food facilities, hot and cold meals and kitchen, grilling and oven baking.
- Safe quality food should be served from the kitchen while maintaining ongoing hygiene.
- The DI needs to work with the leadership in accordance with the requirements of the U.S. government’s meal planning and preparation method planning.
Employment Status:
- Full time.
Educational Qualifications:
- Must have English Level 4 through International English Language Testing System (IELTS).
- Must have the ability to manage communication and food services effectively.
- Must have specific experience in progressive cooking, food hygiene, and recipe conversion.
Experience:
- Must have five years experience in cooking. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of military dining and catering services.
- Must have a certificate of safe service.
Additional Requirements:
- Age 22-35 Years.
- Only male employees can apply.
- Must Have Medical Certificate.
- Must have Police Clearance Certificate.
- The mentality of working in the outdoor environment at high temperatures (+48 degrees) during the summer months.
